- Description: Assists current and former foster youth (age 15-21) develop independent living skills and achieve educational and vocational goals as part of the transition to self-sufficiency. Offers a variety of services covering a wide range of life skill topics, including money management, self-esteem, financial aid, decision making, healthy relationships and lifestyles, housing, employment and health and nutrition.
Transitional Housing Plus is a supportive housing program serving former foster youth and youth on probation (age 18-24). Youth obtain independent housing in the community and receive support from THP coordinators as they work on independent living goals.
